NutriChef’s Vacuum Sealer preserves freshness on your food. It also creates an extra space in your fridge with the airtight bag packaging. Now you can safeguard your food from spoilage and save a substantial amount of money when buying food in bulk by properly storing it. NutriChef’s Vacuum Sealer can also be used for marinating meat or other food items for ready-made meals. It’s also lightweight and compact which can be placed on any kitchen counter top with stain-resistant housing that will not absorb any accidental spills. Upon unpacking your vacuum sealer, please note that the heating bar and power plug are packed separately within the box to prevent damage during transportation, so make sure to look thoroughly before discarding any packaging materials. For preparing the bag for sealing, insert one side of the bag into the machine's clamp, ensuring the other side remains above the clamp to keep the bag open and ready for sealing when you close the lid. To operate the vacuum sealer, connect it to a power socket and press the POWER button for 5 to 6 seconds; note that the machine will not operate until the POWER button has been pressed, even when plugged in. We've also prepared video demonstrations, which will be sent via WeTransfer to guide you through the process of vacuum sealing food and using the canister function; though recorded for a different brand, the videos are applicable to the model. Additionally, for enhancing vacuum efficiency, if you're vacuum sealing food with a low volume, we recommend placing a flat board inside the bag to support it, ensuring the bag lays flat inside the machine for a more effective vacuum process.
